Job Description:
This position is responsible for the operations of two of KLA-Tencor's highly profitable Divisions - SensArray and VLSI. SensArray was formed by combining two acquired companies in early 2007. The business enjoys a strong position in the market for in-situ Sensor Wafers, which are used by customers to control and diagnose problems in process equipment.
The position directs the manufacturing and operations for both VLSI and SensArray, including Manufacturing Engineering for SensArray. The FY12 focus has been around increasing capacity and improving Gross Margins.
Qualifications/Education Desired:
Candidate should have minimum 7 years experience in Operations, ideally including responsibility for Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering. Experience with outsourcing, supplier management, and NPI and inventory management. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is required, Master highly desirable.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.

Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience.
